Refund policy

At Tijori, each product is thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted to meet the highest standards of quality. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy, while maintaining the integrity of our handcrafted and limited-run collections.

Eligibility for Return

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:
• The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags and invoice

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product (showing the issue)
• Description of the concern

Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps. Returns initiated beyond 48 hours or for reasons like personal dislike or minor color variation (due to lighting/screens) will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it is approved after quality checks:
• A refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are made to the original payment method only (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
• For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer; we will request account details securely

Please note:
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
• If the product was part of a promotional offer, the value of free items/gifts may be deducted from the refund

Exchanges 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
