At Tijori, each product is a result of time-honored Indian craftsmanship. Our pieces are handmade using natural materials and traditional techniques, which means no two items are identical. This uniqueness also means occasional delays may occur during production or delivery — but we promise, it’s worth the wait.

Once your product has been carefully finished, inspected, and packaged, we will dispatch it with utmost care and keep you updated at every step.

What to Expect:
• You will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number (AWB) once your order is dispatched. Click the link to track your order in real-time.
• We currently ship to all locations serviced by Bluedart, and ithink logistics.

• Delivery partners will make two attempts to deliver your package. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us and marked as canceled.
• Please ensure your shipping details, including pin code and mobile number, are accurate to avoid delays.
• For deliveries to ground-floor residences or offices, items will be handed over at the doorstep.
• Shipping charges for international orders are based on weight and destination. For accurate shipping estimates, please email your order to support@tijoriskin.com.
• We aim to dispatch most domestic orders within 2–3 working days, and delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. If your product is made-to-order or out of stock, it may take up to 25 days.
